Issues Refunds

We cannot issue refunds on sample packs. We ask customers back up sample packs to a hard-drive to protect against loss of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, or update for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
